RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
Returns & Cancellations
Within 14 Days: In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us if you wish to return an item for a change of mind. In this instance, a full refund of the item price will be issued once the goods are returned in their original, sellable condition.
After 14 Days (Discretionary Returns): If you wish to return an item after the statutory 14-day period has passed, we may, at our discretion, agree to a return. However, as our suppliers charge significant handling fees, these returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from your final refund.
All returns must be unused and returned in their original, undamaged inner and outer packaging. We cannot accept returns if the original packaging has been discarded.
Return Costs
For all change-of-mind returns (both within and after 14 days), the customer is responsible for the cost and arrangement of return shipping. Please note that for furniture and large mirrors, professional courier costs can be high (often £30-£80). We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot issue a refund if the item is damaged or lost on its way back to the warehouse. Original shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
Any faults or damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Please provide clear photos of the damage and the external packaging.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
