SHIPPING POLICY
Delivery Locations
We deliver to the British mainland and selected offshore locations including the Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, and Scottish islands.
We do not deliver internationally or to the Channel Islands.
Product Size Classification
Products are classified as either small/medium or large. This information is displayed on each product page and within the delivery size column of our dropship feed.
Small & Medium Items
• Delivered via next working day courier services such as DPD or UPS.
• Available to mainland and offshore locations, subject to postcode surcharges.
Large Items
• Collected by a specialist handling company.
• Transported to a regional depot.
• Customers will be contacted directly to arrange delivery.
• Estimated delivery time is up to 14 days.
Large Item Delivery Restrictions
We are unable to deliver large items to the following postcodes:
BT (all), HS (all), IM (all), IV26–IV99, KA27, KA28, KW (all), PA15–PA78, PH19–PH50, ZE (all).

10–20kg – £9.99
20–40kg – £14.99
Over 40kg – £24.99
Two-Man Delivery (Room of Choice & Packaging Removal):
Up to 35kg – £49.99
35–60kg – £59.99
61–100kg – £69.99

151–200kg – £109.99

The Delivery Experience
Room of choice: Unlike standard couriers, our specialist team will carry your furniture into your room of choice. Please ensure the path to this room is clear of obstacles.
White glove care: The team will carefully position your item, unpack it for your inspection, and remove all large scale packaging and cardboard for recycling.
Booking your slot: Once your order is processed, our delivery partner will contact you directly via text or telephone to propose a delivery date and time window.
Customer Responsibilities and Requirements
To ensure a successful delivery, we kindly ask you to note the following:
Access check: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the item purchased will fit through doorways, hallways, and up staircases. Please check the dimensions on product page against your property’s access points before ordering.
Property protection: While our team take the utmost care, we recommend protecting delicate flooring, or removing wall art in narrow passages prior to the team’s arrival.
Inspection: You will be asked to inspect the item upon delivery. If you notice any damage, please report it to the delivery team immediately before they leave the premises.
Failed deliveries: If a delivery is unsuccessful because no one was home at the pre-agreed time, or because the item could not fit into the property, a re-delivery or return-to-base fee may apply.
Please note that our Two-Man specialist service is currently restricted to mainland UK. We are unfortunately unable to deliver these large scale items to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, or specific Highland postcodes (including BT, HS, IM, IV, KW, PA, PH).
