2. Products
All products are supplied via UK-based third-party suppliers on a dropship basis. Product images and descriptions are for illustrative purposes only. Minor variations in colour, size, and finish may occur.

3. Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Payment must be received in full at the time of order.

4. Delivery
Delivery is available to the British mainland and selected offshore locations only. Delivery methods, charges, and exclusions are detailed in our Shipping Policy.

5. Large, Heavy & Fragile Items
Some products require specialist delivery due to size, weight, or fragility. Customers are responsible for ensuring adequate access for delivery, including doorways, staircases, and access roads.

6. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellations are subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

7. Liability
We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control. Our total liability is limited to the value of the item purchased.
